While a massive preview of the Nike Zoom KD V is currently sitting smack dab in Times Square thanks to that NBA 2K13 image, many of us are still hung up on the arrival of one particular colorway from the previous Kevin Durant signature sneaker go round. That would be the mash up previewed for the second time here, the Nike Zoom KD IV ‘What the KD’, a pair utilizing that cut and paste approach that’s been extended to so many Nike models in 2012.
