Yes Eric Koston has one particular footwear project in the works with the Nike SB team that is intended more as an homage than a cutting edge skate sneaker, that would be the Nike SB Koston x Heritage. But that doesn’t mean that he’s abandoned said cutting edge skate sneakers, because he’s also got one of those in the works as well. Shown off at a Nike SB preview today in NYC was the Nike Eric Koston 2, a pair that looks to preserve the simple styling that made the first an instant classic, complete with some horizontal perforations that almost look like the looming Engineered Mesh technology.
