The annual Air Max flagship model serves multiple purposes. Aside from being the chosen flagship model for all Air Max-cushioned runners, its selected as a billboard of sorts to advertise Nike’s latest technology into one focal point. The Nike Air Max 2013 is no exception, as it features a cluster of specifically engineered Hyperfuse-built shell, Dynamic Flywire, and perhaps the most long-awaited feature – a redesigned 360 Max Air unit that features a flatter sole. Another detail worth noting is the large-print ‘AIRMAX’ on the heels and the lack (yes, lack) of Engineered Mesh, which we know will be in heavy use next year. This first look at a red/black/white colorway stands as our first view of next year’s flagship model, so what do you think? Flip through the gallery below and let us know what you think, and stick with Sneaker News for more as we near the Spring 2013 release.
