Is the Nike Free Run+ 3 jealous of its predecessor? It’s tough when you follow up on a design that’s become one of the most popular of its age (ask the Air Jordan II), though the truly special series evince a kind of momentum passing from one great design to another (think III-IV or XI-XII). In the case of the Free Run+ series, we see the Third rendition going all-in early with the kind of suede makeup that’s bookended the Two’s dominant run, like this new Total Orange-lined Obsidian edition. These follow in the speckled Free 5.0 footsteps of the Canyon Gold and University Red-accented black edition almost exactly one month ago, and the wait’s over now that they’ve arrived at NSW retailers like Titolo.
