A re-release of the original adidas T-Mac line in the U.S. might not be met with a universal opening of the arms, but with McGrady’s persistent popularity in China and his recent move to play overseas, the T-Mac Retro could stir up the excitement of the old days when T-Mac was one of the most popular players in the league. We’ve seen plenty of original and all-new adidas T-Mac 1 colorways hit stores, but for 2013, there’s a special ‘Year of the Snake’ version in store; it features a shimmering metallic blue snakeskin upper with light green piping and adidas branding on the upper as well as custom insoles and red snake-skin graphic box.
