In fact, it’s probably listed somewhere on an IMDB list of “must-watch movies for sneakerheads”, joining Spike Lee’s “He Got Game” and “Do The Right Thing”, “Blue Chips” starring Shaq, Penny, and a slew of other young stars from the mid-90’s, and more. These Air Jordan VIII ‘Bugs’ are one of the select few that has achieved its nickname from a film, but Jordan did some damage in them as well when he wore them briefly during the second half of the ’92-’93 season.
