Late 2011 was an amazing month for Kevin Durant thanks to the release of the both the Nerf and Weatherman, and today, both are still highly sought-after concepts in the sneaker custom realm. We’ve seen plenty of ‘Weatherman’ renditions on shoes, but not many have been crafted to perfection since the graphic print is so intricately designed. Twizz Customs recently upgraded his Weatherman LeBrons by adding custom laces to the set and although ‘Weatherman‘ is the immediate name given to the design, he calls these the “Al Roker 1.5” – a tribute to one of the most recognizable weather dudes in TV history.
