Nike Free taxonomy is a rather simple process of pairing the build of the outsole and the design version of the upper. The latest V5 model (the fifth version on the 3.0) of the Nike Free 3.0 introduces the all-new Engineered Mesh on the upper, inching closer and closer to the pure barefoot-running experience. The Nike Free 3.0 V5 was just unveiled on Nike iD as well, with a rather liberating palette of colors on the upper EM skin and the inner bootie.
