This Saturday sees the release of the Nike Barkley Posite Max in Energy and Fire. If we hadn’t already come to associate these new colors with the classic Philadelphia 76ers palette, couldn’t they just as easily have been applied to this colorway inspired by Sir Charles’ next NBA stop? This Phoenix Suns palette adds Godzilla lizard scales on the Foamposite elements as a reminder that the closest thing to Barkley’s ferocious post presence was the monster synonymous with obliterated Japanese cityscapes. We’re still waiting on the color code for these along with a release date, but the best round of images yet is waiting below and Sneaker News will keep you posted with the latest.
