The Kobe 8 is still going strong, coming through with a bunch of new releases in the late stages that prove it has plenty of energy left. The Kobe 8 ‘Spark’ is one fairly literal manifestation of this energy, an explosive graphic treatment on the Engineered Mesh uppers that resembles a fireworks explosion. This is one of those not overtly Lakers colorways that could still slide into an NBA game for the coming season, which is something we’ll be watching for just like a release date.
