It’s no secret that the Nike Free Trainer 3.0 hasn’t gotten quite the same level of attention as the finger-trap uppered Nike Free Trainer 5.0. Hoping to win back some of the spotlight is the mid version, which allows for a higher hitting set of Dynamic Flywire strings and quite a bit more support as a result. Seen here is a light armory blue version of the shoe, one which lets the black layer pop over the top thanks to the contrasting set up.
