The Reebok Q96 continues to pay homage to Allen Iverson’s time at the brand as a signature athlete, and although the silhouette remains just outside the realm of The Answer’s favorite uppers – its namesake and gigantic ‘Q’ logo on the back heel are enough to let us make the connection. The shoe has been a recent recipient of PE treatments as well, and the latest crazy scheme to arrive is this “Tribal” look that uses a zebra-esque print and red and green colors in a possible yet unofficial reference to A Tribe Called Quest’s ubiquitous stylings – after all, Beats, Rhymes and Life did arrive on store shelves the same year as Iverson’s rookie season in 1996.
