Kevin Durant has already got his hands on the fragment design x Nike KD 6 Elite pair. Not only does he have those sneakers ahead of the rest of us, but he’s also got a custom creation that works with that shoe as the base and plants on some one-off graphics. Shown here is that sneaker, created by artist De Lano, which features some floral touches and a grey/volt base that we’ve not yet seen with respect to this suede KD 6 Elite.
