According to Nike Sportswear themselves, this new Nike Lil Penny Posite pair is meant to be a “South Beach” one, but of course the shoes orient themselves more towards the colors of the Miami Heat than to that Miami Vice style, fluorescent palette. The shoes will show up next week, on July 12th to be exact, as an ode to the brief amount of time that Penny spent playing professionally for that other Floridian NBA squad.
