A 3D Printed Nike Air Force 1 High

Nike Air Force 1 3d Printed

In recent years we’ve seen Nike tout the process of 3D printing as an important piece in the future of their footwear efforts (Particularly in the cleat realm). This time around we’re seeing 3D printing used for an entirely different purpose – to recreate classic models from the Swoosh archive. Shown here are pairs of the Nike Air Force 1 High and the original Nike Mercurial soccer boot that were printed based on digital scans of original pairs. No word on whether this will play a part in future retro production, but it would certainly be a solution to the problem of getting exact shapes of silhouettes right. Take a look at the creations below and stay tuned to see what 3D printed pairs Nike whips up next.
