It turns out The Simpsons sneakers have been around long before the Converse or even the Vans collection made for The Simpsons Movie. Ostensibly from 1991 is this licensed pair, which doesn’t appear to be a collaboration with any particular sneaker brand. Instead, it’s a stand alone Simpsons shoe that’s called the “Bart Boot” and prominently features that character (There were a couple other silhouettes floating around back in the day – no actual Assassins though).
