Nike has been very aggressive with new iterations of the classic Blazer Mid. Exploring varied prints as exhibited with the “Safari Collection,” while those are great, nothing beats a simplistic colorway over a clean rubber outer. Nike offers that in spades with the latest red suede rendition. Perfect for pairing with a wool overcoat, trench coat, selvedge denim or even chinos, the vintage treated suede upper in red is offset by contrasting white Swoosh branding and a matching heel counter. Certainly nothing groundbreaking in terms of coloring or material usage, but that’s also the reason this pair is so great.
