As the 25th anniversary of the Reebok Pump rolls on, and retailers aplenty get their crack at designing the inspirational silhouette, Shoe Gallery is next up to bat with a rendition all their own. The Miami-based brick and mortar takes to the assignment with uniquely foundational inspiration at the hands of a respiratory alleviator. Fittingly dubbed the “Asthma” Pump, the all-red sneaker utilizes bold leather and suede construction fused with grey accents along the heel counter, rear, and the pump on the tongue. The shoe is finished with a plush rubberized silver outer. With the pump acting as a symbolic canister in which fresh oxygen is dispensed, this may be one of the most intriguing iterations from a imaginative standpoint thus far.
