The adidas D Rose 5 is off to a quick start. After debuting in three colorways, we have a lot more to look forward to with Derrick Rose back on the basketball court these days. Today we get a preview of three brand new colorways for the upcoming winter, each featuring an original aesthetic the likes of which we haven’t seen before on a D Rose signature. After showcasing a dark teal variety in an homage to Lake Michigan, here we see an “Icy Frost” look that uses a similar shade but delegates it to an accent – perhaps to showcase the Lake’s ability to quickly freeze over. An all black scheme known as “Bad Dreams” features a dark icy outsole while a cool grey and red come together for a “Home Grey”.
