Believe it or not, there was a time when shrouds weren’t a fixture on performance basketball sneakers. At best, there were only a few examples when the beckoning technology emerged, with the Zoom Flight The Glove and Air Jordan XX8 being the few examples that immediately come to mind. With that said, Reebok is set to return their 1997 gem, the Reebok Shroud, next year; an elder signature shoe of Supersonics great Shawn Kemp, the Shroud is set to retro first quarter of 2015, with reports of a January release emerging. True to its original form, the namesake function employs much of the upper while other features include an EVA sockliner and Ultralite cushioning. Give the resurgent Reebok Shroud a look below and let us know if you plan to pick up a pair.
