Nike Made Special Footwear for Craig Sager, Whose Feet Swelled During Cancer Treatment

Update: Nike confirms that the shoes are not a custom, but a size 14 pair of the Nike Internationalist.

Craig Sager will be returning to duty tonight for TNT after making a heroic comeback from cancer treatment. While we already know to expect a wild outfit from the selective sartorialist, his footwear might be the surprise; according to sports reporter Ed Sherman, Nike made special footwear for Sager, whose feet swelled as a result of the cancer treatment he endured for months. He’ll likely stick with some alligator skin shoes for his TNT duties, but at least he’ll be rocking comfortable sneakers when he’s off the clock. Unfortunately we don’t know quite yet what these Nike PEs for Sager look like, so in the meantime, look out for the OG swaglord tonight for TNT, and we’ll bring you a look at the shoes whenever they surface.
