Nike’s EYBL Kicked Off Last Weekend – Here’s What Was Spotted On-Feet

The energy around High School hoops is at an all-time high what with key events like the Nike EYBL, Jordan Brand Classic, and McDonald’s All-American Game all going down this month. The EYBL’s a bit different from the latter two in that the EYBL is more of a an aggregation of the best high-school teams whereas the JBC and the McDonald’s showcase is a platform for the future NBA pros to show off talents. The EYBL is broken down into sessions that span two months, and the first one in Hampton, VA just wrapped up this past weekend. We got an exclusive look at some of the sneaker heat worn by the players during the opening weekend of games, and while there isn’t a KD 7 Elite “EYBL” sighting just yet, we’re bound to see them during the following three sessions.
