Russell Westbrook is the most recent cover athlete in the storied history of EA Sport’s NBA Live series. The Jordan Brand signee made highlight reels all year and nearly carried an undermanned Thunder squad to the Western Conference playoffs by putting up ridiculous numbers on a nightly basis. NBA Live made headlines in 2014 for their ongoing sneaker previews, in which the franchise allowed you to customize players’ footwear with some of the most ridiculously accurate models and colorways a video game has ever seen. You can expect the same for 2016. As for the teaser video, we were hoping for a sneak peek at the Air Jordan 30, but unfortunately Rus was still wearing his Air Jordan 29 PEs both in real and virtual life. Check out the full trailer below and be on the lookout for NBA Live 16 to arrive at retailers come Fall 2015.
