Another Look at the Nike KD 8 “USA”

The KD 8 is as striking a signature as it is jarring. Nike is introducing all kinds of firsts on KD’s latest, as the silhouette champions a new Jacquard knit upper while still boasting Dynamic Flywire thanks to the flexible nature of the weave technology serving as the base. As for the midsole and outsole unit, rumor has it that Nike took inspiration from a saber tooth tiger with so-called “teeth” units of encapsulated air on the forefoot to help give Durant an extra pep in his step. This USA-theme showcases how diverse the JCRD base can be, as a red and blue paint splatter clashes with jagged striping throughout.
