The Nike Air Foamposite Pro isn’t focused on any OG colorways re-releasing quite yet, although our fingers are crossed. Instead, this Nike Basketball retro is more interested in giving you familiar aesthetics in new ways. Red October references? Check. How about a Seattle Mariners-reminiscent variety featuring the 90s obsession of Obsidian and Teal? Of course. Now the Foamposite Pro is giving the nod to premium luxury as this Black and Gum combination features a green and red accent combination on the forefoot Swoosh and inner lining. It’s a not so subtle nod to the iconic signature colors of a high-end luxury brand known for their belts, wallets, and the occasion bucket hat and ski goggles. But by focusing on an ominous matte black as the base and a gum outsole, the vibrant green and reds take a back seat for an entirely new take. Now word yet on an official release date, but rumors point to a probable September arrival. More photos below.
