On Friday, Nike opened up “The Academy” in Santa Monica, CA, a weekend-long hoops session featuring the world’s best basketball players. KD, DeMarcus Cousins, and Paul George were all on hand to give tips and pointers to fanatics of the game, and on their feet were some of the newest silhouettes for the summer season. A true standout was this Warhawk-themed Kyrie 1 PE made for select athletes who came through to the event, and although a retail release hasn’t been confirmed, don’t be surprised if these land in stores in quickstrike fashion.
