Nike has been the industry trendsetter when it comes to the storytelling aspect of new groundbreaking products. For years, Nike has created some incredible opportunities for the public to get in touch with its star athletes, and you won’t find it too surprising that the brand’s competitors take pages out of the Swoosh book (the recent unveil of the adidas J Wall 2 is very similar to what Nike did with the KD 6 almost two years ago). With the recent debut of Kevin Durant’s newest shoe, Nike has created a new platform for athlete storytelling that features the star athlete casually talking shop with some special guests, and today you’ll get to hear Kevin Durant first-hand in podcast form.
