Who Needs Nike Mags? Usain Bolt Reveals Puma’s Newest Power-Lacing Shoes

Nike’s unveiling of the power-lacing Mags on October 21st was one of the year’s most talked-about sneaker topics, even if sneakerheads and BTTF fanatics didn’t get to buy their shoes. We know those will be available this Spring 2016 via auction, but Puma might beat Nike to the punch with the new Puma Autodisc self-lacing sneaker. Usain Bolt just revealed the new innovation on his Facebook, which features a futuristic sneaker with self-lacing capabilities with the push of a button. This concept isn’t new to Puma at all – their iconic Disc Blaze features an alternative lacing method that involves a turning dial.
