Nike Sock Darts Are Coming Back In 2016

More Nike Sock Dart 2016

Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design imprint brought back the Nike Sock Dart in a big way this past year with a number of vibrant colors revitalizing the oft-forgotten 2004 Nike retro runner. The shoe sported a stretchy sock-like fit (thus the name) and the material was the precursor to Flyknit thanks to a seamless woven construction throughout. For those of you sad that you missed out on the popular silhouette this year, get excited – the Sock Dart will be coming back in a number of new colorways for Spring 2016. Today we get a look at a simple University Red selection, as the upper gets a deep shade of red to contrast the sections of white and black throughout. Check out a full view below and we’ll update you on an official release date in the near future.
