To be the son of MJ is to have impossible standards to meet, but also to have the opportunity to do whatever you want. Marcus, the much more outspoken and in-the-cut son of Michael, is opening a sneaker boutique, likely Jordan-centric, inspired by his father’s trophy room that resides inside the family’s incredible mansion outside of Chicago. More than just a exhibit of his own achievements, Michael used this particular space for family gatherings, holiday celebrations, etc. and so Marcus is aiming to replicate that warmth and family vibe by featuring some home videos, photography from the Jordan archives, and some awesome memorabilia. The above photo is just a rendering of what Trophy Room will look like, but stay tuned for updates on the official site because there are plans of opening in Spring 2016.
