The Rare Patent Leather Appears On The Nike Air Max 95

The Nike Air Max 95 had a fantastic 2015 due in part to the classic running model celebrating a big milestone: two decades of relevance in the running and lifestyle department. So what will 2016 bring for the famed visible air championing silhouette? Apparently a heavy dose of patent leather in the material department. The Air Max 95 frequents UK site JD Sports in a number of exclusive colorways, and here an Obsidian base manages to sneak in some shiny patent leather on the wavy side panel to contrast subtle Wolf Grey and University Blue accents. What results is a look that’s reminiscent of the North Carolina Tar Heels’ colors of choice in an overall sleek package that benefits from the addition of that patent sheen. What do you think?
