Miss out on Sneaker Freaker’s amazing “Alvin Purple” ASICS Gel Lyte III? One of the best collaborative efforts atop the famed retro runner in recent memory (it released back in the summer of ’14) was a limited success given the availability was scarce stateside, but that didn’t stop people the world over from fiending for a pair. Luckily, ASICS’ in-house colorists are borrowing heavily from that shoe for this awesome general release. The ASICS Gel Lyte III shines with a mico-perforated toecap in obsidian while purple suede overlays add a nice finish to contrast the speckled branding. Available today at shops like Titolo.
