The brand connection is there – Steph Curry and Cam Newton are the faces of Under Armour’s basketball and football categories, respectively, but Curry, who was raised in NC, is a die-hard Panthers fan. He’s often supporting the squad on his social media and the budding friendship between Steph and Cam might serve as a powerhouse duo in the sports apparel industry for the next decade. During Superbowl Media Day yesterday, Cam Newton was spotted wearing these awesome UA Curry Two customs that feature a zipper on the tongue, which reveals a Superman logo (a nod to Cam’s frequent on-field celebrations). That said, Under Armour needs to release these, especially if the Panthers take home its first ever Lombardi trophy this weekend. Check out the on-foot photo below.
