The Nike Air Berwuda predates most of the retro running silhouette’s in Nike’s archive, as the creation harkens back to the days of Blue Ribbon Sports branding and waffle irons. Created in 1979, the retro is now being brought back over three and a half decades later with the help of some modern amenities. Bolstered mesh, suede, and tape each play a pivotal role while the two latest colorways come accompanied by a very retro feature: a blue and white dust bag with an oft-forgotten alternate Swoosh logo referencing the BRS days.
