Kevin Durant‘s latest KD 9 has definitely made waves in the sneaker world for its premium Flyknit construction, unique midsole, and what’s sure to be a bevy of awesome colorways from Nike Basketball and Leo Chang. The imprint even took things a step further by reducing the price of the model to just $150 USD just in case you had any questions about grabbing a pair for yourself. With the Nike KD 9 debuting this summer, Nike Basketball has rolled out the red carpet for the Nike KD 9 “Premiere” which made its debut in New York City as a part of Team USA’s media time. To coincide with the release, famed movie poster artist Ames Bros created nine prints to match each of KD’s signature sneakers over the years, with each print honoring different thematic elements of some of the most recognizable colorways in the Durant x Nike Basketball lineage.
