That collaboration is indeed happening, as long-time associate of the Tribe and Queens-native emcee Consequence just previewed the A Tribe Called Quest x FILA FX-100. With the Tribe back in action with a new album, it’s the perfect time to drop the shoe, which should be releasing soon. As you can see, the classic FX-100 features a black leather upper with burgundy and dark green accents—a color scheme that’s been associated with the group’s album artwork and other imagery throughout the years.
