Puma’s Legacy Collection Honors Clyde Frazier For Black History Month

Puma Legacy Collection 01

Puma is celebrating Black History Month by paying tribute to one of their most important signature athletes, Walt “Clyde” Frazier and his Puma Clyde with two special edition releases slated to arrive this Winter 2017 season.

Starting on January 13th, two premium iterations of the Puma Clyde will arrive at select retailers. The first is inspired by a basketball as a textured leather upper stands out with an olive base, premium varsity jacket inspired form stripes in a bolstered twill, and a contrasting heel in honor of Clyde’s many basketball trophies earned over the years. The second pair, nicknamed the Puma Clyde “Wool” features an inspiration of varsity jackets with a premium navy upper accented by metallic gold throughout to contrast the classic gum bottom.

Check out more detailed shots of Puma’s Legacy Collection in honor of Black History Month below and know that you can grab your pair starting January 13th, 2017 from select spots like Foot Locker, DTLR, Footaction, and on Puma.com.
