adidas Is Dropping A Pink NMD R2

Updated May 31st, 2017: The adidas NMD R2 “Wonder Pink” releases in July 2017.

There’s no doubt that the biggest color trend in the sneaker industry right now is pink. Pastel shades of pink are showing up pretty much everywhere this spring and summer, so it’s not much of a surprise to see the adidas NMD R2 join the party. Previewed here today, the shoe features a pleasing pink and white blend of Primeknit across the glitch-patterned upper with a black heeltab and matching light pink outsole. There’s no word yet on if this is a men’s or women’s release, but we’re guessing the opposite sex to whichever these are releasing for will be trying to fit into a pair.
