A New “Bulls” Take On Dennis Rodman’s Nike Air Shake NDestrukt

Updated on August 1st, 2017: The Nike Air Shake NDestrukt “Gym Red” is available now at Nike.

Outside of Scottie Pippen’s 1994 Nike Air Flight Maestro 2 “All-Star” Game offering, there weren’t too many red pairs seen on-court during the Chicago Bulls legendary run of 6 NBA Championships. It just wasn’t the trend back then and the NBA had a strict uniform policy that limited the base of each shoe to be either white or black for home and away games. If that wasn’t the case, then there’s a possibility that pairs like DJ Khaled’s Jordan 3 Grateful would have been produced much sooner, or even this new Nike Air Shake NDestrukt colorway could have appeared on Dennis Rodman’s feet. Nike has brought back the NDestrukt in a number of imaginative ways and even has an upcoming Pigalle collaboration in the works, but this Air Shake NDestrukt Red Leather just feels right. The pair dons a monochromatic Gym Red upper in tumbled leather while a simple white midsole contrasts. There’s no word yet on a Release Date, but stay tuned.
