Updated on September 12th, 2017: The Nike PG 1 “Game Royal” releases on September 16th, 2017 for $110.
We probably won’t see a Thunder-themed Nike PG 1 released at retail – for that you’ll have to create your own NIKEiD PG 1 colorway. It makes enough sense that Nike will lay off the orange and blue combinations given the fact that Paul George isn’t guaranteed to stay in OKC past this season after his contract is up. That being said, this Nike PG 1 Game Royal is about as close as we’ll come to seeing an OKC vibe available in stores later this season. The pair features a generic team motif in royal blue mesh and suede while a black outsole makes this pair perfect for balling in outside.
