LeBron’s true first game sneaker – the pair that he laced up during his NBA debut against the Sacramento Kings – is finally getting a retro release nearly a decade and a half after his incredible career first began. The Nike Zoom Generation White Black QS will arrive at select retailers on August 26th for $175 USD featuring a near-identical look to the LeBron model that started it all. There are a few differences that are noteworthy enough though.
For starters, the back heel pattern inspired by his controversial H2 Hummer that his mom bought him in High School comes in a metallic red instead of the original chrome. The toebox also features a sturdier leather construction in white to contrast the black mesh on the side panels. We doubt that will stop any LeBron-stans from grabbing this original Zoom Generation colorway though, but expect numbers to be fairly limited.
