“Wheat” season is almost here once again in the sneaker world, and just when you thought the trend might be dying, the Timberland boot inspired aesthetic appears to be coming back stronger than ever. That’s thanks to Jordan Brand, who is dropping multiple new tan nubuck colorways this fall, including on the Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 1. The latter is the one we’re here to take another look at today, because a release date is finally in: November 25th.
On par with most previous “Wheat” sneakers from Nike and other brands, the iconic Air Jordan 1 High is presented in its “OG” form for the tan nubuck rendition, characterized by original Nike Air branding and a true high-top cut. Get another preview here, and stay tuned for official images of the colorway here at Sneaker News. A release date for the “Wheat” Air Jordan 6 is also in.
