Nike has a history of creating the Air Max 1 in colorways that reflect the outdoors. Past cult hits such as the “Storm” and “Lumberjack” have premiered with nature in mind, while 2010’s ACG Pack was a direct port of the running shoe to the elements. This new Air Max 1 achieves the same as it features a mix of darker, seasonal tones of bordeaux and desert moss, while the hiking-boot laces lend to the “greater outdoors” appeal and intent.
