Now all but forgotten in the USA, Italian sportswear brand Ellesse was once a coveted label in American cities due to their clean and luxurious designs and high price tags that made them a status symbol on the streets. After becoming popular in the 1980s, the brand fell off in the US after the mid-90s, but now they’re ready for a return.

New York area mainstay in the sneaker and sportswear game Packer Shoes is here to help re-introduce Ellesse, exclusively dropping the brand’s first Ellesse Heritage collection highlighted by the Venezia tennis sneaker. Renamed the Vinitziana for its revival, the clean design features the original suede and mesh construction in white with grey accents and Ellesse’s heritage logo on the heels and tongues.

Along with the Vinitzia sneaker, the debut Ellesse Heritage collection includes two logo t-shirts and 6-panel tennis cap. All items will be available at Packer Shoes in-store and online this Friday, October 13th beginning at12:00 PM ET.
