Look familiar? The Nike Air Max 97 borrows an iconic colorway from one of its brethren in the Air Max family, the “Neon” Air Max 95. Looking so good that the only question is why it hasn’t been done already, the Air Max 97 features the famous color scheme of the Air Max model two years its senior, with a black-to-light grey fade from the sole to the tongue and neon green accents throughout. The result is the flip-side to the “Silver” Bullet” Air Max 95 released earlier this year.
But there’s some bad news for male Air Max fans, as Nike Sportswear has chosen to release these only in women’s sizing. Pairs will be arriving soon at select retailers worldwide.
