Nike Set To Releases A Hybrid Of The Air Huarache And Air Raid

Nike’s ongoing reliance to its heritage models goes beyond the basic Retro release as it aims to create true hybrids of some of its classic models. This new concoction takes the DNA of two early-1990s classics, the Air Huarache and Air Raid, and fuses them together to create one bold creation featuring the interlocking straps of the Air Raid and the body of the Huarache – the most recognizable attributes of both designs. Beneath the straps is a seamless and laceless bootie construction for the slip-on appeal, while the aforementioned straps and a heel lockdown act as the providers of stability. Two colors are confirmed to release, based on these samples that have surfaced.
