Jordan says that sharing a name with the greatest basketball player of all time gave him a “healthy chip” on his shoulder that inspired him to be the best version of himself he could be.
In an interview with Nike News, the successful actor explains that the four best things to do to overcome the urge to quit are, to turn stress into a form of fitness fuel, think of a workout as a chance to live better, make a commitment to every rep, and move in a way that makes you. Jordan has developed a technique of “method training” where he changes the way he workouts based on the upcoming role he is going to play.
