Stefan Janoski’s Nike Shoe Returns To The Doernbecher Freestyle

For the second time the Nike Stefan Janoski will be a part of the heralded Doernbecher Freestyle collection. This year’s model was designed by Tyler Hibbard who was born with truncus arteriosus – a fatal heart defect if it is not treated properly. The theme of Tyler’s creation is “Be Kind”, which is featured on the tongue tab of his creation and it is also something he preaches on his own YouTube channel he uses to inspire others in attempt to make them feel better.

Aesthetically, Hibbard went for a nautical theme with vibrant blue and yellow detailing and a relatively clean design compared to the usual offerings from the Doernbecher collection. The traditional laces are replaced with brown rope that would be found attached to a boat’s anchor and the inner lining features a school of trophy fish swimming against the deep depths of the blue ocean. Tyler’s tremendous Nike ZB Zoom Janoski design will be available with the rest of the Doernbecher Freeestyle collection at select Nike retailers on November 18th.
