Nike is continuing to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Air Max with the return of classic OG colorways, including the Air Max 1 OG “Obsidian” colorway. The reprise of the original Air Max look comes with slight modernizations to materials, but stays extremely true to the shoe’s original appearance. The only noticeable difference between the re-release and the OG would seem to be the interior of the air unit changing from red to white on the new rendition. If you can bear to overlook that nearly unnoticeable difference, you can rock one of the original looks that helped make the Air Max 1 the iconic silhouette it is today.
The Nike Air Max 1 OG “Obsidian” releases on December 15th at 10 AM EST on the Nike SNKRS app and other retailers worldwide.
