In celebration of their pursuit of the 2019 World Basketball Championship, the Chinese Taipei team is receiving a new Nike Air Force 1 Low PE made to inspire the team to claim victory. The shoe sports a simple white, red and blue colorway on its upper. However, it is the detailing that truly makes the colorway unique. The Chinese Taipei logo can be found on the heel of both shoes as well as the moniker “Believe”, which can be seen at the top of the tongue. The “Believe” detailing is there to celebrate the strong belief that the team has in itself and that the nation’s people have in their team. There is no expectation that the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Chinese Taipei” PE will be seeing any sort of general release, not even in the host nation of the 2019 World Basketball Championship, China.
